The book – “Endless Thoughts, Thoughtless Minds, The Dynamics of Life – A search For Nirvana” is a work of many years of my research & studies on various aspects of Life sciences, Ayurveda-Wellness & the wisdom of ancient Indian Sages & Gurus, told from the perspective of the author’s own personal experiences in a “story-telling” mode. The book release is expected to be launched in the presence of a number of eminent scholars who will grace the occasion.
