Recipient of prestigious AKASHVANI AWARD in 1986 for radio feature, B-High grade drama Artist of AIR Ghy. 2.Doordarshan: Rendered voice for various docu-feature as Narrator & commentator, Selected as News Reader in Doordarshan Kendra, Guwahati in 1987 3. Stage: Participated and acted in various plays organised by IPTA specially street play "Arunday Edol Ekalabya" written by Naren Patgiri, directed by Mridul Gupta staged in various places in Assam. 4. Anchoring : Pioneer in the professional stage anchoring in various festival, govt. or private official indoor or outdoor special programmes, shows of "Music Makers" musical Band, Shows of Miraculas Artist Rabin Bar in Assam specially in Assamese language since 1980. 5. Advertisement in Audio cassettes : Pioneer and only professional voice over Artist in Assam rendered voice for Audio visual advertisement for commercial music cassettes,Jingles for Radio &TV. . 6.Script writer : Written nationally accredited one act play "Hazarat ei Baal Ke chain mei" begged national award in All India shortplay competition held at Patna, Shimla, Cuttack, allahabad in the year 1994. Received 2nd best scrpt writer award in 3rd All India children's play festival held at Rabindra Bhawan, Guwahati ,written Script & directed various street play organised by N. F. Rly. Cultural Association,Maligaon.
