Life journey
Bhaswati Das is a development specialist and management strategist with nearly two decades of professional experience with UNDP GEF, The Hunger Project, Room to Read and Save the Children India. Since the beginning of her career in the year 2002, she successfully guided numerous community led conservation & alternate livelihood initiatives in the North East India, strengthened Child Rights through Education and Child protection programs. In her latest assignment for over 6 years, she has been involved in facilitating employment of Speech and Hearing Impaired youth across the country in mainstream industries ranging from IT/ITeS, Banking, Insurance, Retail, Hospitality & Manufacturing.
